Questions about one single idea
Yes, you can order one single piece.
Can I order one single piece?
Yes, we work from one piece. A single idea receives the same craft and the same care as a large order, and there is no minimum quantity to reach.
Can I change something before it is made?
Yes. You review and approve the design before production starts, and nothing moves forward without your yes. That control stays with you through the whole project.
Does it reach my city?
Yes. We carry your piece to wherever you are, inside and outside Mexico, with door to door logistics from Docxer. The only places left out are destinations that no carrier serves.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. We issue an invoice with CFDI 4.0, the Mexican tax invoice standard, for a personal order as well, and the paperwork stays on our side.
What happens if I do not know how to explain my idea?
Naiyel helps you put it into words. A photo, a reference or one sentence is enough to begin, and from there your idea takes shape with us.
When does the Online Store open?
The Online Store opens in September, together with the Portal. There you will find pieces ready to personalize, with the design already done.
