Absolutely! All products are 100% customizable. We accept files in PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, and EPS formats. If you don't have a design, our creative team develops one with you at no extra cost.

Yes! If you created a design with Midjourney, DALL-E, Grok, Canva, or any AI tool, we can manufacture it as a real product — printed, engraved, embroidered, or sublimated.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), OXXO cash payments, SPEI bank transfer, and Apple Pay/Google Pay through Stripe Link. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

After checkout, you'll receive a payment voucher with a barcode and reference number via email. Take it to any OXXO convenience store and pay in cash. Your order is confirmed automatically once the payment is received (usually within a few hours). The voucher expires in 3 days.

After checkout, you'll receive a CLABE number and reference. Make the transfer from your bank app. Payment is confirmed automatically, usually within minutes.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers.

Yes. For business orders, we issue CFDI invoices (factura fiscal). Request it at checkout or contact us within 72 hours of your purchase with your fiscal data (RFC, razón social, dirección fiscal, uso CFDI, régimen fiscal).

We ship throughout all of Mexico and to the United States. Local delivery in Mexico City and State of Mexico takes 1-3 business days. National shipping takes 3-7 business days. International shipping to the US takes 7-14 business days.

Local (CDMX & State of Mexico): $99 MXN. National (Mexico): $249 MXN. International (US): $799 MXN. Free shipping is available on local orders over $3,000 MXN, national over $5,000 MXN, and international over $15,000 MXN.

Same-day delivery is available in Mexico City for orders placed before 12 PM. Contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability and any express surcharge.

Yes. Express (3 business days) has a +20% surcharge. Urgent (1 business day) has a +40% surcharge. Availability depends on product type and quantity.

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), and EPS files. For best results, send vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) or high-resolution images (300+ DPI).

No problem! Our creative team can design it for you at no extra cost. Just describe your vision and we'll create mockups for your approval before production.

Yes. Every order includes digital mockups (proofs) for your approval. For orders over 100 pieces, we also include a physical prototype.

Laser engraving, sublimation, screen printing (serigrafía), embroidery (bordado), hot stamping, UV printing, CNC cutting, pad printing (tampografía), vinyl cutting, and digital printing.

Since all products are custom-manufactured, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if the product doesn't match the approved mockup, we replace it at no additional cost under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace the damaged items at no cost. Our products are carefully packaged, but shipping damage is covered.

Quality is our priority. If the product doesn't meet the specifications agreed upon in the mockup approval, we offer a full replacement or refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
