1. General
These terms and conditions govern your use of Imprecxo's website (imprecxo.com) and services. By using our site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Orders & Quotes
- All prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include IVA unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received or a purchase order is approved.
- Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product.
3. Design & Files
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any logos, images, or designs submitted.
- Design files should be submitted in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) when possible for best quality.
- A digital proof will be provided before production for your approval.
4. Production & Delivery
- Standard production time is 5–10 business days, depending on the product and quantity.
- Rush orders (3 business days or less) are subject to availability and a surcharge.
- Delivery is available within Mexico City (CDMX) and nationwide via courier.
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.
5. Payments
- We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers (SPEI), and OXXO payments.
- For orders over $10,000 MXN, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due before delivery.
- Corporate accounts with approved credit may arrange 30-day payment terms.
6. Returns & Claims
- Custom/personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Claims must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the order.
- Manufacturing defects will be replaced at no additional cost.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on imprecxo.com (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Imprecxo / Shiba Group Co. unless otherwise indicated. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Imprecxo's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Mexico City.
